Art Commission Terms of Service

❄️Before anything else, I should have the freedom to make and post personal art in between making your commission.❄️1. Requests:
- Describe your commission details clearly, sending references is highly appreciated.2. Payment: (via PayPal)
-(Optional) After the sketch has been approved, I will start accepting payments.
- However, complete payment is expected upon artwork completion. I won't send the final product unless payment has been received.3. Artwork:
- While your input and suggestions are valued, the artist should retain creative control over the artwork’s interpretation and design, ensuring the integrity of their artistic style.4. Delivery:
- Updates will be given as often as possible. The artwork will be completed within 1-2 weeks unless problems occur.5. Usage:
- You, as the commissioner, have the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only, unless commercial usage rights are explicitly discussed and agreed upon separately.6. Refunds:
- Refunds are not available once I have made a lot of progress in working on your commission.- I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.7. Copyright:
- I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.8. Communication:
- Respectful communication is adviced•I'm always active on Discord•
