Art Commission Terms of Service

❄️Before anything else, I should have the freedom to make and post personal art in between making your commission.❄️1. Requests:
- Please describe your commission details clearly, sending references is highly appreciated.2. Payment: (via PayPal)
-After the sketch has been approved, I will ask for 50% as downpayment before proceeding. Complete payment is expected upon artwork completion. I won't send the final product unless payment has been received on my end.3. Artwork:
- While your input and suggestions are valued, the artist should retain creative control over the artwork’s interpretation and design, ensuring the integrity of their artistic style.4. Delivery:
- Updates will be given as often as possible. The artwork will be completed within 1-2 weeks unless problems occur.5. Usage:
- You, as the commissioner, have the right to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes only, unless commercial usage rights are explicitly discussed and agreed upon separately.6. Refunds:
- Strictly no refunds once I have already made a lot of progress in working on your commission (that would be about 75% progress.)- I reserve the right to cancel a commission due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a refund will be provided.7. Copyright:
- I retain the copyright to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon.8. Communication:
- Respectful communication is adviced•I'm always active on Discord•
